app.sunpal.my/staff/loginin Safari - Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari
- Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add — then open the green Sunpal Ops icon

Install Sunpal Ops on your phone
Add the staff console to your Home Screen for one-tap access, red badges, and push alerts.
Already installed on this device — open Sunpal Ops from your Home Screen.
Android
Use Chrome (recommended).
- Open
app.sunpal.my/staff/loginin Chrome - Tap the ⋮ menu (top right)
- Tap Install app or Add to Home screen
- Confirm Install — open Sunpal Ops from your Home Screen
If you see the green button above, tap it for the one-tap Chrome install prompt.
After install — push alerts
- Open the installed Sunpal Ops app and log in
- Go to Dashboard or Settings → Ops Alerts
- Tap Enable push notifications and allow when prompted
- You’ll get alerts for Waiting chat, Contact, Supplier QC, and more
